About the role

Interlace Studies Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Migration Agent to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As a Migration Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our diverse client base throughout the complex Australian immigration process. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the legal industry.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive immigration advice and assistance to clients, including visa applications, appeals, and complex case management

Conducting thorough research and analysis of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance

Preparing and lodging visa applications, reviews, and appeals on behalf of clients

Communicating effectively with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the immigration process

Staying up-to-date with changes in immigration law and regulations, and implementing process improvements to enhance client outcomes

Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team to develop their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Registered Migration Agent with a minimum of 1 year experience in the immigration industry

Thorough understanding of Australian immigration law, regulations, and policies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to clients

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate challenging immigration cases

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve client objectives

Commitment to providing exceptional client service and upholding professional and ethical standards
