The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our team in our Melbourne office, working remotely on a part-time basis. As a Registered Migration Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and assisting clients through the complex process of Australian visa and immigration applications.

Portuguese or Spanish speakers will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' visa eligibility and provide tailored migration advice
• Prepare and lodge visa applications on behalf of clients
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities
• Manage client cases from initial consultation to final visa outcome
• Stay up-to-date with changes in migration legislation and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the migration process

What We're Looking For

• Registered Migration Agent with a valid Certificate of Registration
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using relevant immigration software and systems
