Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a lawyer
• Experience in Commercial law, Family law, Litigation, Conveyancing and Property Law (experience in any other areas will also be considered)
• Experience with Leap legal software is an advantage
• Advanced IT skills
• Attention to detail
• Great communicator

The Role

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Running your own files with support from the Principal as required
• Assisting Principal on files
• Working closely with Principal and other staff
• Enthusiastically interacting with clients and third parties on a daily basis
• Utilizing your time management skills and attention to detail, to handle competing deadlines
• Diligent ‘time recording’
• Liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals
