About the Role
Reporting to the operations manager, you will be an integral part of this significant 20-hectare-controlled environment, agricultural facility. Working with design and construct experts from the Netherlands, this robotic packing facility is all but complete, showcasing the very latest science and technology.

The role involves

• Recruiting, Training and Leading your team of 6.
• Optimizing and maintaining the entire pack shed operation
• Managing quality and inventory with the sales team
• Setting and managing budgets and KPI’s
• Developing and maintaining impeccable quality and hygiene standards.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated management and leadership experience
• Experience in the food packaging Industry, preferably fruit.
• Experience with standards of major retailers selling fresh produce
• Experience with automated packhouse operations
