We are looking for the newest member to join our Ballarat Sales team. This full-time role provides quality service to our retail and trade customers in all aspects of irrigation and pump sales. We are looking for someone with a background in sales who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. While experience in the irrigation or plumbing industry is a plus, we are willing to invest in and train a candidate who brings a positive, can-do attitude.

Day to day you will be doing:

Face to face and telephone sales enquiries

Design and sales of pumping, turf watering and irrigation systems

Receiving and displaying stock

Build positive relationships with customers and co-workers

Contribute to our friendly and inclusive company culture

Skills and experience

Sales and technical training will be provided however you must:

Have an energetic and hands-on attitude

Be enthusiastic, friendly and adaptable

Have an ability to work in a busy environment

Have great time management skills and the ability to multitask

Enjoy problem-solving and have an ability to think on your feet

Be passionate for providing a great customer service experience

Be a team player

A forklift licence would be advantageous

Hours

Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

Saturday - 8:30am to 12pm on a rotating roster
