Frankston Concrete Products is a leading Australian manufacturer of precast concrete products.

We are looking for a full-time team member to join the small and busy sales and estimating team.

Duties Include

Answer telephone and email queries

Reading plans

Completing verbal and written quotes

Attending to customers that come into the office for purchase of goods or a pick up (retail trade counter)

About You

Sound computer knowledge with the ability and willingness to learn new software

Customer service or retail sales experience would be an advantage

Good phone manner

Plumbing industry and/or building construction experience would be an advantage

Friendly and customer focused

Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
