About the role

Café Aroma Thornhill Park is seeking an experienced, passionate Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting premium coffee beverages in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a position located at our café in Thornhill Park, VIC 3355

What you'll be doing

Preparing a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, using high-quality coffee beans and equipment

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including regular cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and equipment

Assisting with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies

Supporting the overall operations of the café as needed

What we're looking for

At least 2 year of experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks to a high standard

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience
