As a Personal Care Assistant of our compassionate Ashleigh House team, you’ll be empowered to grow, develop, and make everyday life easier for the residents we deeply care about.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to all residents.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living and lifestyle in accordance with an individual’s care plan

Attending to care duties as allocated and/or delegated by the Registered or Enrolled Nurse,

Assisting with meal delivery and refreshments and recording observations on relevant assessment charts and documenting an individual’s progress notes.
