Do you have a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills?
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to assessment officers and investigators for a State Government Department.
This is a contract role for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Working in the Brisbane City, this role is paying $49.40 + super per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate administrative support, including data entry and case management support.
- Draft and prepare correspondence to external stakeholders in line with legislative and policy frameworks.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the blue card system.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records using departmental record management systems.
- Exercise sound judgement in escalating urgent or complex matters appropriately.
- Work independently to manage your workload while contributing to team objectives.
- Support a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
