About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Housekeeping professional to join our team at Lurline Hotel Group' in Randwick, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations and ensuring our guests enjoy a first-class experience during their stay.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas

Developing and implementing efficient housekeeping procedures and policies

Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards

Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for housekeeping supplies

Providing training and support to the housekeeping team to continuously improve their skills and performance

Liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a senior housekeeping role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Thorough understanding of housekeeping procedures, equipment and industry best practices

Proficient in managing inventory and budgets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A collaborative, customer-focused approach
