Permanent Part-time position – 3 days per week

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer with a positive attitude to join our professional counselling team at West Leederville and other locations as required. It is a permanent part-time three days per week role: Tuesday 12pm – 8pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
Key responsibilities include:
Being the first point of contact to greet clients and answer incoming calls
Scheduling appointments
Invoicing, billing, and receipting payments
General administrative tasks to assist the smooth running of the counselling site
Skills and experience required include:
· Excellent communication skills for face-to-face and phone customer liaison
· Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, handling multiple simultaneous demands with a high level of accuracy
· Computer skills including competent use of Microsoft Office, training will be provided for our booking system.
· Ability to work cooperatively within a team and independently as required
· Provide general administrative support within the policies and best practice to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services
