ASCO provides materials management and logistics services to the Oil & Gas industry. In Western Australia we service our clients through the provision of Supply Base and associated materials management services as well as both fixed and mobile camp services.

A new and exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced Project Administrator.

Based in Welshpool and reporting to the Camps Operations Manager, this position is responsible for managing the administrative and logistical aspects of projects, specifically in ASCO's Camp's business, supporting the ASCO Camp Operations Manager and team, to ensure the provision of Camp services are executed efficiently, timely and within budget.

What your role at ASCO will look like:

Assist in the administration of all Camp related mobilisation within Australia

Sub-contractor and supplier engagement, management and coordination

Meet relevant Local / State Government accommodation and HACCP requirements

Assist in obtaining and maintaining Camp Development / Shire approvals, food business licencing and all other regulatory requirements

Oversee MEX maintenance system and work requisitions for all Camp related equipment

Assist in coordinating facility maintenance

Assist in planning and overseeing the preparation of Camp equipment for deployment including installation and commissioning

Assist in End of Month and proforma generation

Assist in compiling CAPEX requests / justification for Camp projects

Assist Line Manager with tender preparation

Assist with the management of client rate cards, client onboarding and commercial support for Camp contracts

Assist Line Manager in preparing detailed client quotations and attend regular client review meetings for Camp contracts

Assist with identifying and sourcing appropriate assets for Camp operations

Regular site visit to be schedule once agreed with the Line Manager

Provide support during leave periods or absence of the Line Manager

What you can bring to ASCO:

Demonstrated experience in a similar position, working in an environment that focuses on delivering results on time and on budget

Previous experience within the Construction industry is desirable

Maintains positive work relationship

A team player and demonstrate behaviours in line with ASCO’s Values

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities and emergency situations, where high standards are not compromised under pressure

Able to work unsupervised and in remote locations

Awareness of compliance and regulatory influences

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

Highly motivated and positive attitude towards all task

Honest, reliable and consistent

Excellent understanding of written and verbal English and mathematics

Minimum Qualifications:

3 to 5 years' experience in a project administrator role

Current C Class drivers licence

First Aid (Desirable)

Intermediate computer competencies (Excel preferrable)
