Ede Shade Solutions is a fourth-generation family business in South Townsville. Specialising in bespoke indoor blinds, outdoor blinds, curtains, awnings, roller shutters, plantation shutters, and shade sails. Being a family-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on delivering premium service to our clients across NQ.
This is a hands on, all-rounder role with a focus on accounts, administration and general office duties. You'll work closely with the managers and be a key support person to the business.
We’re looking for someone with:
Solid MYOB experience (essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in accounts admin (AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing)
Experience with WH&S, SWMS & HR processes
Payroll processing & super
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
A practical mindset and strong work ethic
Confidence to work independently and take initiative
Friendly, professional communication style - both in persona and over the phone
Reliable, organised & confident in your abilities
