About the Role

MSS Security is looking for Security Officers to work onsite at Family Law Coiurts to provide a security presence, whilst remaining alert and focused.

You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer focused team. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and signing in the arrival and departure of persons (official visitors and contractors) to the premises.
• Switchboard answering services - answer general enquiries, redirect calls and maintain confidentiality
• Assisting with staff escorts
• Screening of customers, parcels, using a wand
• Follow mail procedures including screening couriers
• Onsite monitoring, including response to alarm systems
• Assist with the implementation of building emergency procedures
• Render First Aid including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Follow all site-specific procedures and undertake other duties that reasonably fit within the realm of security guarding services

What we are looking for:

• QLD Security licence including Monitoring, Crowd Control and Security Officer Unarmed
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Valid First Aid certificate and CPR Certificate
• Current drivers licence
• Able to undergo a Police Check
• Ability to obtain an employee suitability clearance
