Level 3 Service Desk Analyst | Healthcare IT | Melbourne VIC
Join a dedicated IT team supporting the healthcare industry! GPsupport is seeking a proactive Level 3 Service Desk Analyst to deliver advanced technical support and help drive IT excellence for our clients.
The Role:
As a key member of the Service Desk team, you'll handle complex IT issues, manage critical systems, and mentor junior staff. You'll work across a broad tech stack, including:
- Level 3 Desktop & Server Support (Windows)
- Microsoft 365 & Entra ID administration
- Hyper-V management
- LAN/WAN support (Cisco, FortiGate, Unifi, DrayTek)
- Cloud & on-prem migrations
- Providing high-level customer service, primarily within the healthcare sector
- Occasional on-site client visits
What You Bring:
- Proven Level 3 support experience
- Strong skills across Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V & Microsoft 365
- Solid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN)
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure/AWS desirable)
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
- Healthcare IT experience is a bonus
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus
- Valid driver's license
