The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced casual Disability Support Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disability care, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance.

Support participants with daily living activities and community participation.

Implement individualised support plans and report on progress.

Administer medication as required.

Promote independence and dignity at all times.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a disability support role.

Certificate III or IV in Disability, individual Support, or related field.

Valid First Aid and CPR certificate.

Medication Certificate.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Working with Children Check (if applicable).

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (desirable).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Empathetic, reliable, and adaptive.
