Leading Sunshine Coast property and commercial law firm is seeking a senior conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Residential, Commercial and Off the Plan Development conveyancing. This is a maternity leave 12-month full-time position. While it is fixed-term, future opportunities within the company may become available for the right person.

We are looking for a dependable member of the team who can think on their feet and who is a team player. As an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day A to Z running of residential, commercial & off the plan development conveyancing files.

Skills & Experience:

• A minimum 5 year’s previous experience in a conveyancing role

• A good understanding of all aspects of conveyancing transactions

• Proficient in MS Office suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to build and maintain strong working relationships with our clients as well as our team members

• Experience with LEAP Legal software is advantageous;

• Positive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team; and

• Have a high level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
