The Role:
Available as a result of continued growth in the team, this role will see you advising sophisticated Real Estate clients predominantly in the leasing space. You can expect to be advising landlords and tenants, owners, trusts and more. Opportunities will also present to work on projects in the wider Real Estate team.

With access to leadership from multiple Partners, this role presents an excellent opportunity for a Senior Lawyer who enjoys a Leasing focus in their day to day practice.

About You:

Ideally you will bring your 5+ years PQE demonstrated property law experience and offer in depth leasing experience

Specialised experience across retail, commercial and industrial leasing

Superior drafting and organisational skills

A desire and patience to share your knowledge and experience with junior practitioners

The ability to build a meaningfully working relationships.
