ILSA Mackay is seeking highly motivated, capable and reliable Support Workers to join our Mackay team. We have numerous shifts, including sleepovers, available.

Independent Living Support Association Inc provides personalised support for people with a variety of disabilities including those with physical and psychosocial disabilities. ILSA operates within a person-centred approach and promotes flexible, independent living sensitive to the individual needs of our clients.

ILSA is a registered NDIS provider who supports clients to exercise their own choice and control in how their supports are delivered.

Essential selection criteria:

• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening
• Ability to work Flexible hours
• Ability to work Sleepovers & Weekend Shifts
• Current Drivers Licence
• Registered and Comprehensively Insured vehicle

Desirable Selection Criteria:

• Please note that Covid Vaccinations are preferred but not compulsory. Placement is based on participants preference.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and/ or experience in working with people with disabilities is highly desirable. Consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate a genuine interest in developing skills in support work.
• Ability to work sleepover & weekend shifts.
