The Role:

Due to ongoing demand, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior landscape estimator/landscape estimator to join our small but friendly team. This is a flexible role from which the successful applicant may be able to work from home and the office.

Key tasks:

Preparation of tender packages.

Preparing cost estimates for small, medium, and large-scale residential & commercial projects.

Responding to calls and queries from clients.

Obtaining relevant subcontractor pricing and quotes.

Procurement of landscaping materials.

Our ideal applicant:

Relevant prior estimating experience of 5 years minimum.

Great phone, face to face & email communication skills.

Time efficient, focused with consistency, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Strategic, problem solving and planning skills.

Technologically savvy with an understanding of Microsoft Office programs, Autocad is a bonus.
