Role Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, and a drive to achieve and exceed targets. As a BDM, you will play a crucial role in expanding their client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the client’s services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
