Strong administrative skills are more important than a background in OHS for this role. Safety isn’t just a checkbox – it’s at the heart of everything we do. We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support our operational team and help drive our health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain our internal Integrated HSEQ System to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Update our safety-related records, documents and reports.
Keeping detailed records and reports, ensuring all documentation meets legal and company standards.
Assisting with audits, compliance reports, and end-of-month/year reporting.
Assist in the creation of job specific swims - supporting the project management team.
Develop users guides and training material to enhance system adoption.
What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Computer savvy – able to use various software and generate reports with ease.
🔹 Willingness to travel to sites when required.
