Diesel Fitter Opportunities – Local Cairns Permanent Positions

Workforce Success is currently recruiting for two skilled Diesel Fitters for permanent full-time positions with two clients – Both located in Cairns. If you have a strong background in Earthmoving machinery and want long-term stability with great pay and career growth, we want to hear from you!

Role 1

• Permanent Position
• Average of 50 hour weeks
• $50 - $65 per hour flat rate
• Earthmoving Equipment: Excavators, loaders, compactors, water trucks, EWPs
• Strong focus on diagnostics, repairs, and servicing
• Career pathway into Field Service

Role 2

• Permanent Position
• $50 - $55 per hour
• Work on Earthmoving gear and Agricultural machinery
• Service, diagnostics, and repair across a variety of mobile equipment
• Ideal for candidates with experience in both sectors
• Some field service exposure

Ideal Candidate:

• Trade Qualified (Mechanical)
• 5+ years’ experience with Earthmoving and/or Agricultural Machinery
• Hydraulic and electronic diagnostic knowledge highly regarded
