Based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, this role will support a successful Asset management team (Two Senior Asset Managers to each Assistant Asset Manager), managing office, retail and industrial properties in the CBD and surrounds. Supporting and working closely with the Senior Asset Managers, this office has a great team with plenty of support for this new role.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, who provides a great top down friendly and professional culture, the role is offered full time.

The position will include the following responsibilities:

Overall Administration of Commercial Properties

Assessing and processing Tenancy applications

Keeping up to date with market developments

Provide property information, advice and assistance to Tenants and Landlords

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Using GOAT management program

Prepare Lease / DS documents

Prepare management authorities

Monitor accounts daily and distribute property invoices to Property Managers

Create files for new managements and tenants
