Key duties and responsibilities

Gathering Requirements - understanding the needs of business stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications for IT teams.

Process Improvement - Identifying opportunities to streamline or improve business processes through technology solutions.

Collaboration - Acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.

Documentation - Creating clear and detailed documentation for both business and technical stakeholders, including requirements, user stories, and workflows.

Solution Validation - Ensuring that IT solutions meet business requirements through testing, feedback, and user acceptance testing.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum 5 years solid experience as IT Business Analyst in mobile app, web portal and API services product development.

Experience in web portal, mobile and API services related projects or solution.

Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Familiarity with DevOps and JIRA

Strong understanding of FHIR preferable

Relevant skills, knowledge and education/qualifications.
