Process Worker with mechanical aptitude, understanding of tools

Our client based in Wolli Creek NSW has a vacancy for a process worker for an immediate start. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the manufacturing. industry. Must be available 5 days per week Monday - Friday 7am - 3.00 pm

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of assembly and process tasks as part of the production line
• Adhering to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
• Working on a production lines with machinery and tools
• Packing Boxes / Stacking Pallets
• Operating production line machinery (training will take place)
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Candidates with a mechanical aptitude, understanding of tools & mechanical machinery
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly processes
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
• Must have Process Work experience within a manufacturing environment or similar
• Seeking ongoing work Monday - Friday (occasional overtime)
• Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, which is beneficial for the role
• Motivated, reliable and punctual
• Fit and strong candidates
• High attention to detail
• Available long term (over 6 months)
