Your Role:
As a Process Worker, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Measure and dispense ingredients, including dry and liquid materials, according to production specifications.

Following and executing recipe instructions accurately

Completing essential paperwork and batch documentation

Packing and palletizing products in a temperature-controlled environment

Cleaning and sanitizing machines to maintain a safe workplace

Troubleshooting and performing basic machine maintenance

Reporting issues to production leaders and supporting overall production effectiveness

Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials, must be able to lift at least 10 - 15 kg

What We’re Looking For:

Previous process worker or machine operating experience (essential)

Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and good computer skills

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Safety Awareness standards

A proactive attitude and a team player mentality
