About the role

Annangrove Preschool Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team. As a full-time Childcare Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners at Annangrove Preschool.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs and activities that support children's learning and development

Providing a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment that promotes the wellbeing and social-emotional growth of each child

Documenting children's progress, observations and experiences to inform future planning and delivery

Collaborating with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships and support the individual needs of each child

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and best practice

Actively participating in staff meetings, training and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Proven experience working as an Educator in a childcare or preschool setting

Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Passion for creating engaging, play-based learning experiences

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications

Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
