The Position
This is a key role in a friendly, motivated team conducting fundamental research on the coordination of CO2 fixation and transpiration in plants.
This role is integral to the delivery of a Discovery Project focused on gaining fundamental new insights into the divergence in CO2 responsiveness between conifers and angiosperms. This is an exciting opportunity to advance the general understanding of the factors driving variation among plant species in their responses to elevated CO2.
The Person
We are looking for a qualified Postdoctoral Fellow with experience in fundamental research on the coordination of CO2 fixation, growth and use of resources in plants. We are looking for someone who likes challenging problems and encourages team members and colleagues to workshop effective solutions.
