✅ Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, quality checks)

Lead and support a small team across service and food prep

Handle stock orders, deliveries, and inventory control

Maintain labour and COGS targets

Ensure a clean, efficient and customer-focused environment

Be available for a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)

Experience in a fast-paced hospitality, QSR, or retail environment

Leadership skills—can motivate, delegate, and resolve issues calmly
