The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our front-of-house team and leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is looking to take the next step in their career in a high-performing, creative, and close-knit team.

You will:

Assist with daily operations and service coordination

Lead and support front-of-house staff during service

Deliver warm, professional guest experiences

Be involved in wine and beverage service and training

Help maintain a positive team culture and exceptional service standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a premium or fine dining venue

Strong wine knowledge and beverage service skills

Excellent communication and leadership qualities

A guest-first mindset with a love for creating memorable dining experiences

The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and professional under pressure

A collaborative, hands-on attitude and willingness to grow
