About the Role:

Creative Freedom – Take charge of your program with endless opportunities for creativity.

Safe Environment – Ensure a safe, supportive space for the children.

Budget Management – Manage your termly budget to plan and run engaging activities.

Administrative Duties – Handle observations, compliance checks, and staff rostering.

Leading The Team - Run team meetings, encourage and facilitate educator growth

Planning Fun Activities – Run games, crafts, arts, sports, cooking activities, and more!

Community Connections – Build relationships with children, families, and schools.

Full-time Permanent position, running the Before & After School program with non-contact admin time provided. Enjoy your weekends off!

About You:

Experience as a Coordinator or Centre Manager in Before and After School care or long daycare setting - essential

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

Experience in handling challenging behaviours

Diploma of Early Childhood or higher in Children’s Services (ACECQA approved)

First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (or willing to obtain)

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

A valid WA Working with Children Check (Employee).

Department of Education Police Check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain).

Right to work in Australia.
