About the Role
The Supermarket Team Leader will work closely with supermarket assistants to ensure high operational standards are maintained throughout the store. The Supermarket Team Leader will be required to step into a Duty Manager role twice a week.
This position comprises of both morning and afternoon shifts.
About You
The Supermarket Team Leader will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will maintain high standards of work under pressure.
Suitable candidates will have:
Experience in a supermarket environment
Experience in fresh produce and grocery departments
Experience in leading a team
A flare for merchandising
A passion for customer service
Enthusiasm for challenges, success and career progression
