We are currently seeking a Fulltime Workforce Planner that has experience working alongside people with a psycho-social disability.
Key Responsibilities include:
Forward planning for rosters 48hours in advance
Manage Support Worker leave requests, ensuring coverage during absences.
Maintain and update accurate rosters to meet operational requirements
Facilitate new employee inductions
Manage PPT Support Workers hours to ensure they are meeting their contracted hours.
Casual to PPT conversion recommendations.
Timesheet Management for Support workers
Oversee recruitment needs, pre-screening of potential Support Workers, assisting in face-to-face interviews.
Maintain staff availability on Flow logic
Set up new client master rosters
Identify and report opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Assist staff to understand and follow rostering procedures effectively.
Prepare reports on scheduling trends to support continuous improvement and business decisions.
Provide system training (Flow logic) to new Support Workers.
Liaise with Payroll to resolve roster-related discrepancies.
Provide regular workforce reporting and insights to Management, including trends and forecasts.
About the candidate:
Have experience in workforce planning, rostering, and operational resourcing.

Ability to be able to assess when a client is in crisis.
Is person centered, client focused and culturally aware.
Ability to analyse processes and makes recommendations for procedural development and process improvement.
Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Conflict resolution skills and ability to problem solve.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high client retention rate.

A current driver’s license
This is a Full-Time position located in our Nerang office
Monday - Friday 0800-1600
