About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused Finance Specialist to join our team in Biggera Waters, QLD. This is a full-time, in-office role where you’ll play a key part in helping new and existing clients secure tailored Asset Finance solutions, from first enquiry right through to settlement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Regularly engaging with clients to understand their goals and financial needs.

Comparing, discussing, and presenting tailored finance solutions that best suit each client’s situation.

Managing the full client journey — from initial contact and application through to approval and settlement — while ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience delivered with care and professionalism.

Liaising with lenders to secure competitive rates, terms, and conditions on behalf of your clients.

Ensuring all data entry is accurate and documentation is fully compliant with internal and external requirements.

Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and your team.

What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator with solid comprehension, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

12+ months of experience in sales or the finance industry is beneficial but not essential.

A proven ability to hit targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and high attention to detail.

Self-driven go-getter who works well independently, but thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A positive, energetic personality with a willingness to learn and grow.
