We're looking for an experienced IT Support Professional to solve technical issues, support end users, and deliver high-quality ICT support across systems, applications, and infrastructure for our Government client based in Brisbane CBD. This role is a Lv 2/ Lv 3 role.

In this role, you will:

• Provide Lv 2/3 face to face and remote support across the business.
• Provide technical support to hardware, software and applications
• Once you fix an issue write a knowledge based article to help the team when faced with similar issues in future/
