Are you a natural leader who loves working with children? Star Club is seeking a part-time OSHC Supervisor / 2nd-in-Charge (2IC) to support the delivery of high-quality before, after, and vacation care programs in a welcoming and community-centred environment.

About the Role

This is a key leadership role where you’ll work closely with the Coordinator to:

Plan, implement and supervise day-to-day program delivery

Inspire and support your educator team

Contribute to high-quality care and compliance with regulations

Build strong relationships with families and the school community

Help shape a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for children aged 5–12

You’ll co-design and lead purposeful play-based activities that foster creativity, connection, active learning, and social-emotional development.

What We’re Looking For

Confident communication and leadership skills

Ability to lead engaging, age-appropriate group activities

Passion for working with children and supporting educator teams

Understanding of child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practice

Essential Requirements:

Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)

Child Protection certificate (or willing to obtain)

Experience in OSHC or similar education settings
