What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Head of Communication, you will be responsible for:

leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of complex, large-scale behaviour change campaigns, including the statewide advertising campaign for the November 2026 state election

managing tenders, contracts and day-to-day relationships with creative and media agencies

working collaboratively across the VEC to deliver multi-channel advertising campaigns

overseeing the VEC’s major reports and publications projects, including the annual report and reports to Parliament

leading a team of 3 direct reports.

What you will bring to the role

Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns

Strong leadership capability and the ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders

Innovation and a thirst for doing things differently, and better.
