We are seeking an experienced People Manager with an electrical background to oversee complex projects, manage teams of tradespeople, and drive automation initiatives to success.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate resources around project plans for automation-focused electrical projects.

Lead and mentor teams of tradesmen fitters and electricians having relative experience.

Oversee high-level project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met efficiently.

Manage risk, compliance, and industry regulations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.

Act as the key liaison between clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.

Provide technical oversight for automation and electrical system integrations.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery and implementation methods

Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, financials, and resource allocation.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience in project management within electrical trades and automation.

Electrical trade qualification, engineering background, or relevant certification (preferred).

Expertise in electrical systems, automation technologies, and control systems.

Strong leadership, resource planning, and team management abilities.

Ability to oversee multiple projects efficiently.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (ASANA, MS Project, or equivalent).

Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
