your role
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, hands-on Senior Centre Manager to take the reins of a shopping centre in Sydney’s Hills District. You'll lead the charge, own the numbers, and drive performance across the board.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a high-performing on-site team
• Driving budgets, forecasting and cost-saving initiatives
• Building strong retailer and community relationships
• Spotting and driving leasing opportunities
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and compliance

You’re experienced, driven and commercial. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Direct experience in centre management or assistant centre management
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
