Product Designer
Location: Sydney Preferred (Primarily WFH with occasional office attendance in Mascot)
Contract: 6 Months (with strong potential for long-term extension)
Rate: c.$900 p/d + GST

We’re seeking an experienced Product Designer who thrives in large-scale corporate environments and is confident owning design projects end-to-end. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established design practice within one of Australia’s most prestigious brands, currently undergoing significant digital transformation.

About the Role

You'll be embedded in a cross-functional product team (~25 people), working closely with other designers, developers, BAs, and testers. While part of a smaller core design team (~5), you’ll also be connected to a broader design community of around 40 practitioners across the organisation.
This role will see you working across both discovery and delivery, contributing to larger feature initiatives as well as smaller continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage end-to-end design workflows
• Strong experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Advanced skills in Figma, including prototyping and component management
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Adaptive, collaborative attitude with a focus on outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel industry
• Exposure to B2B or complex enterprise products
• Experience contributing to the evolution of design systems
