About the role

We are offering a permanent role of Finance Officer (AR) in the team at our West Leederville office. The position involves management of a comprehensive accounts receivable function including debtors interface reconciliation, debt collection and the maintenance of financial records in compliance with company policies and tax regulations. Additional responsibilities include monthly and end-of-month tasks, budget and audit support, leave cover for the Finance Officer (AP) position including credit card management and various ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management. The current vacancy is 5 days per week.

Skills, experience, and qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong time management and computer literacy skills, willingness to embrace changes and take on challenges, effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. TechnologyOne experience including XLOne reporting would be highly regarded.
