Your Role
We are looking for our newest team member to support and manage our much-loved shops in Darwin and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on role, and no two days will be the same. Our Centre Coordinators are passionate about sustainable fashion, business, and providing a unique shopping experience. They are skilled professionals who bring their leadership and innovative thinking, to oversee retail operations, promote growth, implement best practice, and ensure our local retail footprint remains sustainable. They understand that personalised and engaging customer service is key and are committed to the meaningful development of their team and local community.

To be successful in the role you will meet the following criteria:
· Effective written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, including effectively communicating with workplace management, staff and volunteers
· Demonstrate excellent time management skills
· Flexible approach and the ability to take initiative
· Dedicated approach to service
· Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society
· Demonstrated experience in retail operations.
Qualifications and experience
Driver’s license.
Demonstrated experience in general retailing.
Knowledge of stock rotation principles.
Current police check.
Current work with children care
