KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and greet members and visitors.
Assist members to check-in.
Handle phone and email enquiries.
Provide information to prospective members.
Membership management: taking payments, activate, track, suspend, and cancel memberships.
Gracie Elite store management: assist with sales of training apparel and merchandise.
Event management: assist with co-ordination of special events.
Social Media: assist with creating and posting content to social media channels.
Assist with general housekeeping.
Provide Professor Tiago and other coaches with any additional support.
KEY CAPABILITIES
Whilst knowledge of BJJ is not mandatory, a desire to understand or learn would be ideal!
Experience in customer service, reception, or office management.
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised with initiative and integrity.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Friendly and welcoming personality. Interact with customers with confidence and empathy.
Experience with Microsoft products. Square Payments / EFTPOS.
Experience with Canva, Meta for Business, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok.
