The Opportunity:

• Lead interior design strategy and execution across high-profile commercial projects.
• Be client-facing, running projects from early concept and pitching through to delivery.
• Drive quality output with tools like Revit, Adobe Suite, CAD, Enscape and Bluebeam PDF.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure high standards in technical detailing.
• Act as mentor and motivator to junior team members.
• Collaborate closely with directors, contributing to business strategy and studio culture.
• Help shape the future direction of the Melbourne studio.

What You’ll Need:

• 8+ years’ experience in commercial interior design, including workplace projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and documentation software (Adobe, CAD, Bluebeam PDF).
• Strong knowledge of local planning and design standards.
• Confident project leadership and client engagement skills.
• A proven track record in mentoring, QA, and cross-team collaboration.
