About the Firm

About the Role

As a Senior Manager you will work directly under a Partner who is known for his gentle and nurturing approach to managing staff across the firm. With that in mind and the diverse client base you will manage, you would be set up for success right from the very outset.

Key Responsibilities include:

Managing client relationships

Overseeing a team of 4 local accountants and 3 offshore accountants

Providing business advisory services to clients

Commercial engagements with larger business clients

Reviewing work and mentoring staff

The Ideal Candidate

Their ideal candidate will hold a strong technical skillset and is currently working in a Manager capacity within public practice accounting.

This person may be hungry for success and limited to achieving that in their current role or may be seeking a role that comes with excellent career growth as well as flexibility/better work life balance.
