Overview of the role:

TradiePad is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Implementation Trainer/Consultant to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this position is an extremely flexible “work from home” arrangement that allows the candidate to be located anywhere within Australia. Ideally, we are searching for a full-time employee but will consider permanent part-time for the right applicant. Previous experience with cloud software implementation and training is essential as is a passion for helping businesses succeed by making the move to digital.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced software trainer who wants to work in a cutting-edge and market-leading technology training organisation. Full training will be provided, including a laptop, monitor, and a mobile phone.

Responsibilities of the role:

Provide remote installation, configuration, and training of a range of cloud software programs tailored to our clients' needs

Provide onsite training for clients where required (the majority of our work is provided remotely, minimal onsite travel is required)

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email and online meetings.

Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of cloud software solutions

Develop and improve training documentation and processes as needed.

Assist the training team to work through an established training process

About you:

A love of technology and cloud applications

Proven implementation and training experience in job and project management software (Cert IV or V in Training a bonus)

Previous experience with Simpro, Aroflo, ServiceM8, Tradify or Ascora software (highly desirable)

A passion to help customers transform their business with cloud software

Exceptional multi-tasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once

High attention to detail

Strong communication, organisational and time management skills

Ability to work autonomously or with a team

Experience working from home (highly desirable)

Can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
