When it comes to building our team, we do things a little differently. We start by considering the unique needs of our clients, then carefully match them with Support Workers who offer the best compatibility—not just in skills, but in personality and approach.

With our clients’ needs always at the forefront, Tribe is currently looking for experienced male and female Disability Support Workers to join our Wollongong team.

If you're an experienced DSW who’s passionate about making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

We need need from you:

Genuine care and dedication to helping others of varying abilities

Experience with ASD, ADHD, Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome

Willingness to support clients in home with personal care and community access

Experience in fitness and/or martial arts an added advantage

Reliable and available to work up to 10 - 15 hours a week

What we offer:

Casual shifts during the day, afternoon & some weekends

Small, supportive team environment

WWCC

NDISWC

Current CPR and First Aid Certificate

NDIS Worker Orientation Modules

COVID-19 Training Course

Current Drives Licence
