About the Role
This role sits within our vibrant Operations Team and plays a critical part in delivering a seamless experience for our clients and internal stakeholders. You'll be at the centre of the action—supporting our accreditation, membership, and tech functions across the APAC region with a focus on accuracy, service, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative support to the accreditation, membership, and tech teams
Manage shared inboxes and respond to phone/email enquiries with professionalism and care
Act as the first point of contact for student tech troubleshooting, escalating where needed
Maintain accurate student and member records across internal systems
Support program managers and system admins to deliver seamless program operations
Prepare reports, manage data imports, and assist with other tasks as required
About you
Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Strong attention to detail—accuracy is second nature to you
Comfortable working independently and remotely when needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; keen to learn new systems
Bonus: You have experience with Salesforce or an interest in coaching or learning & development
