About the Role & the Builder

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/ Contracts Administrator ready to take the next step in their career. Reporting directly to a Project Manager, you’ll be involved in high-end residential projects that reflect sophistication and detail.

You’ll take ownership of procurement for major trade packages and begin building your skills in negotiating progress claims and understanding head contract variations. In time, you’ll be positioned to step into more senior responsibilities including head contract negotiations.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, ideal, but not essential

Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying/ Contracts Administrator role with a Luxury Residential Builder

Familiarity with industry systems is ideal but not essential, training will be provided.

A genuine interest in growing relationships with Subcontrators and internal team members

Full Australian working rights and a background with established Australian builders.

This position could be ideal for Quantity surveyors who have recently moved from the United Kingdom & New Zealand
